About the Event
For decades water attorneys have made decisions and agreements without any oversight from the public. Come and show the 5th District Appeals judges that you are informed, empowered, and interested in the decisions made in court. In past hearings we filled the galley with supporters of the river. Let's do that again! The hearing is in Fresno so please factor the travel time into your plans and try to carpool when possible. Message contact@bringbackthekern.org if you are interested in finding others to carpool with to/from the hearing.
Leave time to go through courthouse security. Please wear a Bring Back the Kern t-shirt or wear blue to show your support of the flowing river. Attendees are expected to listen quietly to the proceedings. Viewers can take notes, but cannot be on their phones. You are free to enter and leave the court room at any time.
