Another hearing on the ongoing court case for our river has been scheduled. Please come and show decision-makers that you care about the river's future.

About the Event
For decades water attorneys have made decisions and agreements without any oversight from the public. Come and show the panel of attorneys that you are informed, empowered, and interested in the decisions made in court. In the last hearing we filled the galley with supporters of the river. Let's do that again!
The group will convene on the court plaza starting at 8:00. Around 8:15 we will enter the courthouse and go to Division J. There is security much like an airport screening at the courthouse, so plan accordingly. Please wear a Bring Back the Kern t-shirt or wear blue to show your support of the flowing river. Attendees are expected to listen quietly to the proceedings. Viewers can take notes, but cannot be on their phones. You are free to enter and leave the court room at any time.
BBTK attorneys will be arguing that the current flow is not sufficient to sustain a healthy river. We will be proposing that the city allow 40% of the flow from the first point of measurement to flow through town.
